On 19 July 2026, Embassy by Chef Kimsan welcomed guests for “4 Chefs, 1 Heart,” a special charity dinner bringing together four chefs from different backgrounds for one shared purpose: supporting the future of young people in Cambodia’s hospitality industry.
The evening brought together Chef Kimsan Pol of Cambodia, Chef Chris Holen from the USA, Chef Judyta Slupnicki from Australia, and Chef Michael Brine from Australia, each contributing a course and bringing their own culinary background to a collaborative tasting menu.
From Chef Kimsan’s Hidden King Prawn to Chef Judyta’s White Rye Sour Soup, Chef Michael’s Smoked Kipper Risotto, and Chef Chris’ Sunday Roast, the menu brought together different cultures, experiences and styles of cooking around one table.
Beyond the food, the heart of the evening was its purpose. The dinner was held in support of SPOONS Cambodia Alumni, helping young people build their skills, careers and future through hospitality.
The event welcomed 49 guests and raised approximately US$3,870 from ticket sales. Embassy by Chef Kimsan covered the food and event expenses, allowing 100% of ticket sales to be donated to SPOONS.
The evening was made possible with the support of our partners, suppliers, sponsors and guests, who contributed in many ways, from wines and raffle prizes to their time, resources and participation. Together with SPOONS Cambodia, Chef Outta Water, Australian Volunteers and Australian Aid, their support helped turn this chef collaboration into an evening that could give something meaningful back to the hospitality community.
For Chef Kimsan and the Embassy team, 4 Chefs, 1 Heart was a reminder that hospitality goes beyond what we serve at the table. It can bring people together, share knowledge, create opportunities and support the next generation.
