This July, Embassy by Chef Kimsan Restaurant is hosting a very special evening. On Sunday, 19 July, we are opening our doors for “4 Chefs, 1 Heart”, an exclusive charity dinner bringing international culinary talent to Siem Reap for a great cause.
Our 100% lady team is honored to welcome three guest chefs to cook alongside Chef Kimsan Pol. Together, they have created a unique set menu, complete with wine pairings, to raise funds for the SPOONS Cambodia Alumni.

Why We Are Hosting This Event : The hospitality industry in Cambodia is full of bright, hardworking young talent. The proceeds from this dinner will go directly to the SPOONS Cambodia Alumni, helping to support and empower the next generation of Cambodian hospitality professionals. We believe in giving back to the community that makes our work possible.
