This unique concept showcases selections that complement and enhance the delicate flavors of Khmer cuisine. For guests who prefer not to consume alcohol, we also offer a refined herbal pairing, featuring teas and infusions thoughtfully matched to our dishes.

Our champagnes and wines have been carefully selected with the guidance of our wine master, his jury team of suppliers, and our culinary expert. Some pairings may amaze you. Others may surprise you. We invite you to savor this gastronomic journey, where Khmer gastronomy meets the elegance of champagne, wine, and herbal infusions.

Our Wine Pairing

The Embassy team are pleased to propose our monthly wine pairing. The idea is to suggest wines which complement and enhance the flavours of the Khmer Cuisine. We select wines with the support of a team of sommeliers from around the world.

Some may amaze you. Some may surprise you. We hope you will enjoy this gastronomic experience, combining Khmer gastronomy and wines of the world.

Classic Wine Pairing

Starter:
Villa Wolf, Riesling Pfalz, Germany
Fresh and vibrant, with green apple, pear, white floral notes, and a crisp, mineral-driven finish.
First Main Course:
Domaine Saint Peyre, Viognier, Languedoc. France
This Viognier stands out for its intense flowery bouquet of wild peach blossoms, mango, pineapple, and other citrus fruits. The wine is luscious on the palette with a lingering, delicious freshness on the finish.
Second Main Course:
Yalumba Barossa, Shiraz, Australia
Initially soft and inviting on the palate there are plums, chocolate and cinnamon notes. Silky palate it offers good length and a savoury finish.
Dessert:
Sparkling Brut, Cuvée Étoile, Monmousseau, Loire Valley, France
Mon Mousseau Etoile Brut is a well-balanced sparkling wine, with incredible value fizz. It has a wonderful balance of slight acidity and offering a fine balance between fruitiness and minerality.

Premium Wine Pairing

Starter:
Chablis Domaine Servin, Chardonnay, Burgundy, France
Delicate mineral aromas with hints of jammed white fruits and wildflowers. On the palate, it’s lively and mineral throughout, with clear white fruit notes — a perfect all-round expression of Chablis.
First Main Course:
Chateau Saint Maur “l’Excellence“, Rosé, Cru Classé
Bright and clear with salmon hues, it reveals elegant aromas of peach, grapefruit, and exotic fruits, accented by redcurrant and raspberry. Fresh and lightly bitter, it shows generous volume and refined minerality, finishing long and aromatic.
Second Main Course:
Arzuaga Crianza, Tempranillo-Cabernet-Merlot, Spain
Generous and smooth on the palate, it offers lasting softness with great fruit depth and length. The complex aromas are beautifully echoed in the mouth, giving the wine both elegance and personality.
Dessert:
Rum Dynasty, Famille Ricci, South America-Caribbean
Aged in Bourbon, Cognac, Sauternes, and Pineau casks, it’s smooth and refined, with pastry notes and aromas of vanilla, honey, spice, and wood.

Prosecco Ferrari Maximum, Blanc de Blanc, Chardonnay, Italy
Very intense, with notes of ripe fruit and hints of hazelnut and baked fruit. Fresh and finely textured, the finish reveals citrus nuances and delicate mineral notes.

Our organic herbal pairing is not tea pairing. It is composed by amazingly tasty local herbal that has good effects for your body. It will help you to digest and to sleep well.

Gastronomy defines the art of cooking, of welcoming our guest. But this word also means to be creative and to innovate. We recently discovered and tasted amazing products that we would like to make you discover as well to share this experience with you.

It is a truly unique experience that we propose to you, a test that we decided to run this month: an infusion pairing, we create based on local herbs, roots, plants and flowers we especially selected for you.

Like our wine pairing, this selection perfectly paired with our set menu dishes. Plus, it offers a non-alcoholic version of beverage to accompany you through your culinary experience.

Champagne Pairing

Starter:
Claude Cazals Bulles de Craie, Blanc de Blanc Brut
It is dry champagne with floral and citrus aromas on the nose, with a palate that is fresh, minerally, and slightly chalky, featuring hints of apple, iodine. This champagne has fine bubbles.
First Main Course & Second Main Course:
Franck Bonville Grand Cru Blanc de Blanc Brut
It is a blend of 2 years of classified Grand Cru terroirs of Avize and Oger. It is known for its pale-yellow color, fine bubbles, elegant aromas of white flowers, white fruit and brioche. The palate is fresh, creamy with a distinct minerality, and a long elegant finish.
Dessert:
Nicolas Maillard Platine 1er Cru, Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Pinot Munier, Extra Brut
Golden in colour with a fine, lingering bead. Nose, intense with notes of fruit and hazelnut, a slight toastiness. Palate, the initial impact is wonderfully fresh and vinous, followed by great finesse.
